10 ways to increase your vibrancy

Today I am going to share with you the 10 things I personally do to increase my levels of vibrancy, awareness and control - Some top tips we can all use!

EAT THE RIGHT FOOD As the saying goes. “You are what you eat”. Be sure to fill your body with loads of organic fresh fruit, vegetables and nuts. Cutting out Meat and Animal by products such as eggs and dairy from my diet made a huge difference to my state of mind and my body. This is one sure fire way to increase your vitality, clear you mind, stay looking younger for longer and increase your general overall health and well being. I also Incorporate lots of herbal teas to make up my daily fluid intake and I always drink loads filtered H2o.
BE RELIABLE NOT PREDICTABLE
I am a huge believer in this. It’s important that you don’t loose your edge by following the crowd. Surround yourself with energetic individuals and hang out with people who have similar goals to your own and a positive sense of direction. Removing negative people from your life especially on social media can make a huge difference to your mental well being and clarity. I recently got rid of my personal Facebook profile and I can’t tell you what a difference it has made.
EXERCISE REGULARLY I find that yoga is great for strengthening the body and the mind. The aim is to become physically fit and mentally alert, not exercise yourself into complete exhaustion. Do something that you enjoy and get good at it as this will also give you a sense of confidence. Keep it interesting. Learn self defense, Pole dancing or any other form of dance. This will not only keep you fit but will also give you another skill to add to your resume not to mention the opportunity to meet like minded people and build new friendships.
DON’T HIDE BEHIND AN “IMAGE”
Avoid going for a certain look just because you think it might help “show off” your personality. Allow your personality to shine through without resorting to gimmicks. Wear clothes that suit you, not clothes that define you.
SPEND TIME OUTDOORS Getting out of the house and going for walks in natural settings is extremely beneficial. I find that it not only allows me to clear my head but it also helps me put things into perspective. I find that it encourages a sense of liberation. After a brisk walk or a bike ride I like to sit on a park bench and ponder for a while and watch the world go by.
GET THE BALANCE RIGHT One thing that a lot of people struggle with, especially me, is finding a balance between work and play. It’s not always easy but it’s so important. It is essential to work hard but also just as important to have a release from that work, and return to it later with renewed energy. And whatever you do, always maintain a sense of humor about yourself.
STUDY OTHER FORMS OF CREATIVITY
I love to go to galleries, the cinema, music concerts, Professional and amateur theatre performances even the ballet, anywhere that creative input and dramatic delivery are still key.
SLEEP
The most basic of routines works wonders! Getting enough sleep really helps revitalise physical and mental energy levels. I try to get a minimum of 8hrs per night. Saying that, I do sometime struggle falling asleep, my mind is always racing with ideas so to help me relax, I always have a cup of Chamomile Tea before bed and I turn on my diffuser and add a few drops of my sleep time essential oils.
BE COMMITTED TO SUCCESS No matter what your goals in life are Make a general plan to reach those goals and and stick to it. If it doesn’t work then make another one. keep going until you arrive at where you want to be.
