The Perfect Essential Oil To Purify Your Home

Essential oils have such an extensive list of uses that it’s hard to know where to start. Should you inhale oils to improve your mood? Rub them on your feet to relieve anxiety? Drop them on your pillow to help you sleep? Or diffuse them to fill your space with uplifting aromas?

* Create your own natural kitchen cleaner: mix 10 drops of Melaleuca oil with 10 drops of doTERRA On Guard essential oil blend; and 10 drops of one other oil of your choice, for scent. Add to a spray bottle of water, and use on your kitchen surfaces as a replacement for your useful chemical-based disinfectant.

* Spray Melaleuca oil and water into your shoes to get rid of unpleasant odours — it even works in your sweaty gym shoes.
